Founder experience / Ericsson, 2022
Two ISO audits Nodirkhon led at Ericsson, before Sensoramo.
In 2022 Nodirkhon Yusupov was Improvement Manager at Ericsson and took on the lead auditor role for two audits, one at a contract manufacturer in Hungary and one at Ericsson's own factory in Estonia.
Why it is here
This work was done as an Ericsson employee, not as Sensoramo. It is the audit experience Sensoramo's consulting practice is built on, and the habits from it carry straight into the readiness audits we run today.
Jabil, Tiszaújváros
An internal audit of Ericsson production lines. The Jabil factory in Tiszaújváros, Hungary, builds products for Ericsson. The last audit of those lines was about eight years old and only partial, so this one covered the whole production process, from the warehouse to the way IT security was put in place, against ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and ISO 14001.
A team on two tracks. Nodirkhon led three auditors, with two observers on site and ten more following remotely. The work ran in two parallel tracks.
No surprises in the report. Dates were fixed about six months ahead. The last hour of each day was kept for the team to compare notes, and the factory heard the day's findings before everyone went home.
It was an internal audit, so no certificate depended on it. Nodirkhon wrote it up in the Leaders & Engineers newsletter.
Ericsson, Estonia
A full ISO 27001 audit. The audit covered the department that runs security and incident response at Ericsson's factory in Estonia, against the whole standard rather than a sample of controls.
What came of it. The findings included critical ones and led to a wider review of Ericsson's information security management system.
For clients
Sensoramo runs ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 readiness audits the same way. Dates get fixed early, and findings are shared as they come up, so the final report holds nothing you have not already heard.
